David Ragsdale
Co-Founder | CEO | Sponsorships
David Ragsdale, a fifth generation Angeleno, ideated RePlatform after observing all the deal making occurring on the sidelines of the Covid Litigation Conference. David is a former Creative Strategist at Live Nation Entertainment's North America Festival Division. With VSRF’s Director of Research, Lisa Laehy, David co-wrote the marketing copy for Defeat the Mandates DC & Los Angeles as well as the "What is the Trusted News Initiative" infotainment video. David ideated the Covid Litigation Conference in Atlanta in March 2023. Published in the Taipei Times, Los Angeles Times, American Greatness, and multiple online magazines and journals, David received his Master's of Public Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School at the National University of Singapore and his bachelor's degree in Classics and Economics at Claremont McKenna College where he was awarded membership to Phi Beta Kappa.

Lisa Laehy
Co-Founder | Program & Content | Legal
Lisa led the program and speaker team for Defeat the Mandates DC and LA and the Covid Litigation Conference. She currently leads programs and builds alliances with The RePlatform Inc. Earlier in her career, Lisa was a Corporate Finance attorney at a prominent Silicon Valley firm, Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, where she advised blue-chip clients in private equity offerings, debt placements, mergers & acquisitions and initial public offerings. Lisa left the corporate world to raise her four children, remaining active in the community, teaching art & yoga to underserved teen girls with the Art of Yoga Project, and providing health coaching focused on non-pharmaceutical remedies for chronic disease. Lisa earned her BA, summa cum laude, from UCLA, and her JD from UC Berkeley School of Law, where she served as Editor of the California Law Review.

Kirsten Stevens
Co-Founder | Partnerships
Kirsten was born in Panama and as a child lived in Costa Rica, Guatemala and Mexico, moving to the US at the age of 19. After completing her undergraduate degree at FIU in Miami, Florida, she moved to The Bahamas where she lived for 18 years. Kirsten’s early experience was in the Hospitality industry, working in multiple roles with Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton. With an MBA from FIU, her expertise lies in the strategic and operational development of nonprofits, foundations and small to medium sized businesses, focusing on areas such as Compliance, Strategic Planning, Operations and Board Development. In her more recent work with startup organizations, Kirsten was the fractional COO of a new integrative medicine telehealth company based in Florida and is currently advisor to the board of a multi-million dollar corporate foundation. She became involved in the parallel economy through her work in telehealth, later joining VSRF as a volunteer at Defeat the Mandates LA. Her passion lies in working with entities that seek to develop a high-performance culture and profitability while honoring the freedoms that we all so richly deserve.

Hilary Grant-Valdez
Co-Founder | Chief of Staff
Hilary has served as Steve Kirsch’s Chief of Staff for 10 years, helping to grow several successful startups ( Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, Covid 19 Early Treatment Fund, Token Inc., and M10 Networks) and brings a wealth of experience in operations and administration to The RePlatform. Hilary also helps build, market, brand, recruit and develop HR functions for startups, and has been the administrative lead on international expansion and facility renovations to accommodate these fast-growing companies. Hilary is an avid behind-the scenes event manager, and planner has planned and produced corporate and team events/parties of all scales.

Amanda Damian
Director of Events
Amanda Damian brings a wealth of meeting and production experience to The RePlatform team. Her 20 year dedication to the hospitality industry has allowed her to execute corporate events around the country. She has been an integral part of the vaccine injured community planning events in the US Senate and Supreme Court for those silenced voices to be heard. In 2021-2022 Amanda planned and produced the Defeat the Mandates Washington DC and Defeat the Mandates Los Angeles events. Furthermore, she most recently produced the extremely successful Covid Litigation Conference in Atlanta GA in March of this year. Amanda has built a team of event professionals, volunteer bases and security teams to execute these important events. Her leadership, guidance, team approach and passion are the key to the success of her many productions and conferences.

Rebecca Mouganis
Operations Director
Rebecca Mouganis was the Registration Director for Defeat The Mandates LA and the Covid Litigation Conference in Atlanta. She has spent much of the last 20 years homeschooling her five children and volunteering in her community for organizations and issues that she is passionate about, including acting as committee chair for fundraising and event planning efforts. Recently, Rebecca has also worked as Office Manager for Mouganis Financial Services and the Director of Operations for Blackburn Study Center, a classical homeschool tutor center for students in grades 3-12. Rebecca lives in Pittsburgh, PA.

Angela Wulbrecht
Health Freedom Outreach
Angela is the co-producer of VSRF’s weekly webinars as well as a nationally recognized advocate for the vaccine injured. Angela headed up the Partnerships program at Defeat the Mandates DC & Los Angeles as well as the Covid Litigation Conference in Atlanta. Angela has been a nurse for the last twenty three years and prior to the pandemic she was the charge nurse for the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) department at Marin Health/UCSF. She was in charge of labor and delivery, pediatrics, NICU, postpartum, antepartum as well as being part of the trauma team. She was one of the first to line up to get vaccinated to do her part in ending the pandemic. She suffered a severe vaccine injury and has fortunately made a full recovery.

Janet Farris Nettle
Customer Experience
Growing up in Southern California, Janet Farris Nettle began working in the entertainment industry while attending college. She started her career in public relations & marketing, overseeing many high profile clients' press. Looking to work in production, Janet landed a job in casting, working as Director of Casting at Carsey Werner Studios and Walt Disney Studios, as well as casting various episodic television shows and independent films. She is now The RePlatform’s dedicated Director of Customer Experience and also supports Steve Kirsch with his Substack and social media.

Robin Moody
Social Media
During the Covid Censorship years, Robin Moody managed the Defeat the Mandates and Covid Litigation Conference social media accounts & content through multiple waves of deplatforming, permanent suspensions, and censorship. Including the reformation of 8 different Facebook groups of over 10,000 members after sporadic Meta interventions.

Sarah Westbrook
Exhibitor Coordinator
Sarah joins the team after attending the Covid Litigation Conference in Atlanta as a paralegal and left her yearning to get more involved. She began on the pro-freedom journey in 2021 when her law firm in Pittsburgh created a side-practice of writing exemption letters for clients who were unconstitutionally forced to take the C19 vaccine to keep their employment or education. Sarah has almost 20 years’ experience as a paralegal in transactional law, but her true passion has always been planning and coordinating events and volunteering locally for political and social events she considers important to conserve our true American Freedom, Liberties and Values.
